"Great location! I stayed here in December 2024, I had some problems with the room, but they were resolved quickly. The rooms are a good size, but you may need earplugs as you can hear everything happening outside your room - from the elevator, to other guests in the hall etc. There we no real curtains, but they weren't needed as the shutters did a great job. It's not so much a hotel, you stay in a room in an 'apartment', the lift is at the end of a corridor, outside. But it was a pleasant enough...

"We were unable to adjust the temperature of the room and it was boiling hot. I had to keep the window open at night in order to sleep. My daughter's room faced the street so they were unable to keep the window open and were very hot. There should be better control. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. "My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. Was nice to catch the train back nd spend time drinking wine and eating cheeses in the garden area. Kids loved the space and the grounds around the home. Planning on retuning in the near future "
