"This place is right up high in uniquely beautiful countryside. It takes some getting to but is utterly worth it. The buildings are very atmospheric and the views were simply outstanding. The accommodation has all you really need and even a pool. Go in September to try the figs/plums/grapes. Don't miss the quail and other wildlife. Me and my son James loved it and will return soon."

Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. "The property is beautiful. A few things could be improved. A banister on the stairs would have been helpful. We are in our seventies and found the stairs to be a bit scary. The double bedroom in the main room could use a luggage rack, no place to put your bags other than on the floor. The corners on the bed frame were very sharp as well We were surprised that there was no hand soap, no coffee, no sugar, no dish soap, or salt and pepper.
