"We had an excellent time staying three nights at the Aston! We ate at the restaurant and it was great. The amenities are great and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We used the concierge for booking a luau and it was fantastic. Five stars all around! "

"The Exterior property was A little dated. But the interior rooms were Updated and very clean. The garden area with plants and adorable little cats running around, making sure there were no “pests” around was beautifully manicured. We had a wonderful time. Would visit and stay there again."

"It needs a bar"

"While it may not be for folks wanting a luxury stay it was perfect for us. Feels like old school Hawaii. The beach is steps away and lovely and safe. Very quiet and private and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very nice coffee shop on the premises. The room was very clean and there was very good communication with the hotel for late check in. We hope to be back😃"

"I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....

"Originally we were checked into a smaller 3rd story room when we believed we were supposed to have a different ground floor. We advised them at check in, and though we would have still had a great vacation in this room, the management quickly remedied the situation and made our stay so much more pleasant. Everyone was so kind and gracious. The property and stay were perfect!"

"Great location, easy to check in and check out. Great accommodation- condo after recent renovation, comfortable sleep( except bed frame is low and corners are always on the way, bumped foot several times- so, be careful). Kitchen has everything and enough for daily usage. The only what we don't like- its a noise from air conditioners at the Whalers mall- its work all the time and its very loud. So, its no pleasant time on the balcony at all- balcony should be closed all the times. Otherwise,...

"Loved the property and location. Only issue is that eating establishments are somewhat limited in variety and price and most require advance reservations. I found I would drive to kanapali for more options"

"This place is amazing. We had all the stuff in our rooms we could want. Snorkels, fins, masks, and they even gave us Shell necklaces. The beds were comfortable and we had a spectacular ocean view. I can’t wait to stay here again. "

"I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. "We had a great stay at the Napili Surf Resort. We travel with seniors and kid. The staff are helping and welcolmeing. Everybody is happy. The full kitchen gave us additional option for food. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and Napili market is around the corner. And the resort was very quiet after 8 or 9pm. There are not so many people crowed down on the beach so we enjoyed a calm and relaxed time on the beach either. We will definitely come back. "

"Some things were not working in our room, e.g. master bedroom balcony door would not open, table in the balcony was very wobbly, dryer was not operating properly. All these issues were resolved by the staff when I called them, but they seem to be basic checks that property management should have checked before giving us keys and not have me call about them. "
