"This place is simply incredible! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and were so impressed with the hotel and incredible views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The resort was clean and safe, the beds very comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The terrace is absolutely pristine and we felt like we had it all to ourselves at times during our October visit. "The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

"This hotel is located just outside of the town center. It is about a three minute walk to the middle of Tropea. The hotel is very nice and well-maintained, it has a large pool and is very quiet."

"Despite the small room that we reserved, it was comfortable and included a bigger than average mini-fridge, a table and two chairs, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a large shower. It was only 500 meters to the Riaci Beach and a warm water outdoor shower to remove beach sand. The breakfast was in room coffee maker, boxed pastries, milk and yogurt. The best part of the stay was Antonio and his wife who greeted us personally, showed us the facilities, provided advice on local shopping...

"We stay for two nights, the rooms are big, clean and the staff were really nice. The breakfast was reallly nice and complete. The B&B was walkable to the center wich was a plus. Overall very happy with our stay we would definitely revommended."

"Great place for the budget conscious whilst still within easy reach of the main areas in Tropea. Rooms are simple and clean. Only negative was our room was a little smelly from the bathroom drainage traps, and the shower was extremely small and hard to wash in. Otherwise good enough for a short stay."

There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through.
