"We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"

"Owners were good to deal with, simple clear communication right up to arrival. Wish there were more like them! Whilst the initial impressions of the area upon arrival were a bit so so, once you got inside the flat you were impressed. It is well looked after and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no lift so climbing up the stairs with suitcases can be challenging. Worth considering if you’re in Glasgow."

"Wonderful 2-week stay in Glasgow. Easy 10 minute walk to both Queen Street and Central train stations, and Metro. Very clean, corner unit with lots of light and easy to use heating system. Circuit breakers on every outlet and appliance, which is wonderful safety feature. Washing machine broke during stay, but the manager called in a fix very quickly. Otherwise everything worked beautifully. Lisa, the manager, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommended! "

"Check in was very smooth. Gillian was always available when needed. Flat was clean, everything was available. Apart from the missing coffee maker, which we didn't need, everything was there. There was a cafétière anyway. TV remote's batteries needed changing, new ones were instantly sent to us. Flat is 7 minutes walk from Glasgow Charing cross, 4 minutes walk from nearest bus stop and 20 minutes walk from the main Buchanan bus station, from which you can go anywhere you wish.
