"My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel."

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in a very hot city like Goa. Downside: The walls could use some work! They look pretty run down! "

"Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."
