"My visit was in winter and it was rainy so I loved that it is central to shopping and the museums. 10-15 minute walk to most places. The staff was very detailed and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate in every way. We had beautiful big windows to open and let in fresh, cool air. "The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"Great little hotel a few minutes walk from Train station. Near center of town and short walk to the amazing Duomo, great restaurants and vibe in the area. Great staff, super nice. Would stay here again"

"The room was rather charming but a little less than clean. The fellow who met us was quite nice. On the downside they didn’t restock the coffee and some things were either broken or not working. Also beware of overcharging at the restaurant beside the rooms. "

"The property was centrally located and easily walkable to all the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant down the street that was out of the more touristy areas and it was our best meal of our trip. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."

"The property is located quite at the center. Train station is at just 10 min walk. The leaning tower is not far but just 15 to 20 mins by walk. Alternatively the bus stop is very near around 90 mts to go to the Pisa tower. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and has nice options. Pistachios croissant is a must try.
