"The entire place is spotless and we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly owner. Her communication was faultless all through the week that, and nothing was too much for her. The Chalet is good value for money, and is close to everything in Sestriere, and a short walk to the slope and gondolas. "Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own).
