"The website said pet friendly but when you check in you find out there is a charge. After you check in you get a text letting you know rooms are cleaned every three days. Breakfast area was well kept and very clean. lot of trash around the outside of the facility."

"Came into town for a concert. The hotel was a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. The check in process was not pleasant...the girl was very rude and not friendly at all. I know it was busy, but a little kindness would of been appreciated. "

"The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room. "

"Hotel looks amazing mid-renovation but finishes are awesome and updated. loved the room updates esp bed, shower and HVAC controls! Parking area was a mess due to EMPTY construction pallets strewn about taking up the entire end parking and big chunk of end of building parking. Made it very difficult on a very cold wknd. "

"Got there at 2:18 P.M.Told that check in wasn't until 3 PM. So by time we checked in at 3 PM. There was a line of 15-20 people to check in. Suggest maybe just check them in, and tell people that you will check them in, but please allow until 3 pm since just finishing cleaning all the rooms. Only 1 check in person, and everyone was waiting and had a line for about 1 hour of people waiting to check in. Great value for a clean hotel, and you got free breakfast, coffee, free parking. Close to all restaurants, gas station, mall, shopping, concer. Older hotel that was very clean. Newer beds.Never got to try out pool since there for a concert.Went to bed, showered, and ate breakfast to head back to MI. "
