Cottage 95 m² - near ocean - private garden and pool - Moliets - 4 people

Classified 3 *, our villa of 46 sqm duplex with its shaded terrace is located in a wooded tourism residence (cork oaks, pines) and secure (access barrier code), with several parking near the house. Ideal for 4 people, our accommodation is located on the hole 9 golf, facing the pool which is heated from April to September. 2 bicycles available.

Since the purchase in 2016, we have redecorated the interior: great comfort with new furniture, paintings, flooring, worktops and lighting, new paintings, small storage arrangements and different equipment (wifi, electric plancha, mini - bluetooth chain, games and outdoor games, induction cooktop ...) which personalizes and differentiates this housing from other houses of the same residence. It is a small house very comfortable to spend a great holiday.

You can go to the Chênes Cork beaches supervised July and August - 10 mn on foot, at the golf course (starting from N ° 1 between 5 and 7 mn on foot), tennis (rental by appointment at the golf club - 16 Short - 10 mn on foot). 3 other heated swimming pools are also at your disposal in the residence, as well as playgrounds for children, a beach volleyball court, ping-pong tables, a restaurant, a small supermarket ... You can also visit the mini-farm, ...

The house is adjoining only on one side, which allows to have a very nice window on the kitchen side.
It is composed on the ground floor of:
- living room with fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave / grill, 3-burner hob, extractor hood, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, mixer-mixer, ...) and sitting area with comfortable sofa bed in 140X190
- terrace privatized on 2 sides with living room of garden and electric plancha on service.
- Separate WC with washbasin (small emergency pharmacy),

- master bedroom with balcony (VIP quality hotel bed)
- room with 2 twin beds of 80X190
- Bathroom with bath, toilet, wall towel dryer (hairdryer).

We offer board games for all ages, outdoor games (ping-pong rackets, beach and badminton, petanque balls, parasol, ...).

Possibility of renting a complete linen kit for 4 people including:
- complete sets for 3 beds upstairs, 1 bed 140X190, 2 beds 80X190 with for each bed: fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase
- 4 bath sheets with a bath mat
- 2 tea towels and 2 tea towels
The complete kit: 60 € with the beds made.

Duvets, blanket and pillows (see room equipment).
Cleaning products, including dishwasher, are provided.
An iron with a small auxiliary ironing board.
Optional cleaning: 80 €.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison louée pour 15 jours. Elle est très agréable et offre beaucoup de confort. La piscine est un vrai plus et permet de se relaxer et de se détendre. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le logement est parfait. Belle prestation, très bien décoré, beaucoup de confort. Les propriétaires mettent bcq de choses à disposition et c’est très agréable. Prestations de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons mais plus longtemps pour visiter l’arrière Pays Basque qui est magnifique. La maison est proche de l’océan et tout peut se faire a pied ou à vélo. Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour. Merci à Marylene et Christian pour l’accueil sur place. Merci à Helene pour les échanges et la p’tit attention sur place : un délice .

Résidence calme,arborée et très bien entretenue,située à 10mn à pied de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, on s'y sent très bien. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, avec enfants, ou sans 🙂 il y a des animations dans la résidence, pratique pour les enfants, et en même temps l'emplacement de la maison reste en retrait et calme.Nous avons passé 2 super semaines.Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour toutes les informations et les petites attentions avant et à notre arrivée

Tolle Lage, süßes Häuschen, top Ausstattung, reizende Gastgeber
Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet: Kaffeemaschine, Bodyboards, Haartrockner, Herd, Microwelle. Die Nähe zum Pool ist unschlagbar. Waschmaschinen in 30 m Entfernung, Tennisplätze unkompliziert buchbar. Der Naturstrand ist mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten fix zu erreichen. Hélène ist eine reizende Person, die bei Fragen ganz lieb und schnell geantwortet hat. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung von unserer Seite aus. 😊

Schönes Haus direkt am Pool und nicht weit von Naturstrand entfernt. Bäcker und Restaurants mit den Fahrrädern (in der Miete des Hauses inbegriffen) in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Leute.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans ce logement qui est parfaitement adapté aux besoins d'une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants/ado. Nous avons apprécié en particulier la cuisine équipée qui nous a permis de mijoter de bons plats. L'autre point fort est l'emplacement: à 5mn à vélo de la superbe plage des Chênes lièges et à 15 secondes de la piscine ! Le Top ! Par ailleurs, la communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite, ainsi que la souplesse sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Merci !

En famille avec un bébé d’un an nous avons passé deux semaines formidables. La maison est idéalement placée face à la piscine et très bien équipée : vraiment rien ne manque !
