La gerente de una manera poco profesional nos atendió sobre las 19:00 y nos trasladó su problema alegando que no podía hacer nada ya que había sufrido un parón su calefacción el día anterior, situación extraña ya que la habitación no contaba con ningún radiador, sino con una bomba de calor y dos calefactores eléctricos ....
