Spacious detached house, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, magnificent terrace of 70m2 facing south with breathtaking view on the Mediterranean Sea (180°) including shaded area, private pool, private garage, "hard" barbecue, air conditioning in the living room, spacious kitchen very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). WiFi, television with French and Spanish channels. Sea view on the whole front of the house, all the photos are taken from the villa. Very calm situation, all comfort, careful decoration, decreasing rates according to the duration.
An ideal place to relax and disconnect while enjoying the activities of Mojacar Playa. Wake up with the sea view and the lapping of the waves and in the evening, a magnificent sunset over the mountains.

The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.

Stunning views
A really beautiful place to stay. Just a short drive to the beach which you could walk (but you'd have to walk back uphill). The views and the sound of the sea is amazing. It was so quiet. Aircon was fantastic in the main bedroom. The pool was super clean and used every day to cool off. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. You have everything you need for your stay including an iron and an iron board and a hairdryer. All pots and pans included. Don't hesitate to book :)

Vacaciones para volver a repetir
Nos encantó la estancia, increíbles vistas. La comunicación con Stephanie fue genial y muy atenta, siempre está disponible para cualquier consulta. La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de utensilios. Nos hubiese gustado disfrutar por la noche de la zona de la piscina y terraza, pero por la tarde ya aparecían los mosquitos 😓. Es una maravilla, qué pena que sólo pudimos estar 7 días!

Un vrai depaysement
Nous avons ete ravis de notre sejour chez Stephanie qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Cette villa a un emplacement unique. On ne se lasse pas de la vue. La piscine est un vrai plus sous le soleil de Mojacar. La villa est bien équipée.le quartier est extrêmement calme. Je tiens à remercier egalement Veronique la conciergerie de sa gentillesse et son professionalisme professionalisme.

Un beau séjour
Bien malgré quelques manques dans l’intendance de cette maison.2 bains de soleil pour 3 adultes,1torchon pour la cuisine pour 2 semaines de location idem pour les serviettes de toilette 1jeu pour la même période pour les trois ,pas de notice pour la cuisinière mixte gaz-électricité.j’ai téléphoné à la personne censée nous informer,ne sachant pas plus que nous elle a appelé la propriétaire pour qu’elle nous renseigne.Le barbecue dans un état tellement sale que nous avons renoncé.J’en passe et pourtant…..j’ai tenu la Proprietaire de tout cela.le lieu absolument magnifique tout à fait juste par rapport à l’annonce mais pas suffisant !

Man erreicht das Haus Carina über eine enge Straße und findet sich hoch am Hang in einem Objekt wieder, dass wirklich über eine phänomenale Aussicht verfügt. Der Aufenthalt auf der großen Terrasse mit Pool ist ein Genuss! Das Haus selbst ist gut geschnitten, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind recht groß und die Wohnküche gut eingerichtet. Eines war jedoch etwas schade - dem Haus fehlt es ein wenig an liebevoller Zuwendung. Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Löcher, die Kissen der Verandagarnitur war so fleckig, dass wir Badehandtücher darüberlegen mussten um uns wohl damit zu fühlen und einige kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen waren nicht durchgeführt worden. Nichts, was sich nicht ganz leicht beheben lassen würde. Trotzdem haben meine Mutter und ich uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und unsere 14 Tage sehr genossen.

Haus mit einmaliger Aussicht
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Von zwei Kaffeemaschinen zur elektrischen Saftpresse bis hin zum Handmixer ist alles vorhanden. Aber das Highlight dieses Hauses ist sicher die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Strand, wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt. Wir möchten den Gastgebern ganz herzlich für die tolle Kommunikation und die Hilfsbereitschaft danken. Wir haben jeden Moment in diesem Haus genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

La maison est située sur une colline qui permet une vision incroyable sur la méditerranée. La terrasse est splendide, la piscine n'a pu être utilisée en raison de la saison. La maison dispose de tout le confort on s'y sent bien. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été aisés, en revanche un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer au vu de la localisation de la maison.

Vistas espectaculares
Hemos encontrado el ambiente acogedor y tranquilo que buscamos para desconectar de la ciudad. Una casa para relajarse en el chillout del porche o la piscina, y disfrutar de las vistas al mar fantásticas desde cualquier espacio. Stephanie muy atenta en todo momento. Gracias por comprtir la casa!!

Unas agradables vacaciones
La casa goza de todas las comodidades. Está situada en lo alto de una colina lo cual permite disfrutar de muy buenas vistas, y alejarse de la zona de playas de Mojácar con sus montones de construcciones de apartamentos que, como en la mayor parte de la costa mediterránea, proliferaron en las pasadas décadas (aunque a pesar de la lejanía, por la noche llegaban los karaokes y músicas de algún local...). La piscina, aunque de pequeñas dimensiones, se disfruta grandemente a todas horas del día. Y está siempre limpísima! Las playas son extensas y no están masificadas (por lo menos en este Agosto/21), y el mar, desde la casa, ofrece un horizonte cambiante de colores, muy bonito. La zona de Cabo de Gata vale mucho la pena. Y, si se buscan, hay muchos restaurantes donde comer estupendamente y a buen precio. (Como cuando llegas a un lugar desconocido vas un poco desorientado, valdría la pena que en la casa hubiese alguna hoja de instrucciones sobre electrodomésticos y demás, así como algunas recomendaciones sobre lugares donde comprar o comer).

Hemos estado una semana y hemos estado muy a gusto. La terraza es una maravilla! La cocina está completamente equipada. El interior de la casa es normal, sin lujos. Alejada del bullicio de Mojacar. Muy recomendable!

Hemos estado muy a gusto
A destacar de la casa las increíbles vistas desde la colina y la zona de la piscina con su ducha y depuradora que funciona todos los días, logrando que casa baño se disfrute al máximo. panoramique!
Maison très agréable avec une terrasse panoramique qui est un véritable tableau vivant dont on ne se lasse pas. Le bruit des vagues et la brise en font le gros plus de cette maison.
