The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a cosy sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utensils. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned regularly.

This charming property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Nearby attractions such as Parque da Cidade do Barreiro and Municipal Park José Afonso offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Guests can also indulge in delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Vale Do Dia II and Assalto ao Tacho Alhos Vedros. Whether you're looking to unwind in a tranquil park or enjoy a tasty meal, this address provides the perfect base for your adventures in Alhos Vedros.

The flat is walking distance to the Alhos Vedros train station which connects you to the Barreiro ferry terminal and Lisbon’s iconic Terreiro do Paço.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
