"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"A little nervous as contact was the day after we had left England but from that moment on communication from the owner was perfect.......he could not have done enough for us.......the house is beautifully located opposite the lake and has everything you need for your stay. The lake holds a serinity but just ten minutes away is lake iseo for that different but if life. Supermarkets are close. The jet shower is a lovely end to a day if walking or a swim in the lake. All rooms are large clean and...
