"Wir haben schöne, ruhige Tage in Cancale verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, Brigitte und Patrick, die Hosts waren super nett und haben uns mit tollen Ausflugtipps geholfen. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so gut, so dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen müssen 😎"

"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."

"This was an amazing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cottage. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, bedding was good quality. It took us a few days to get used to the pillows, as they are very different to pillows used in UK, but this is only a small matter. We were brave and used the swimming pool, despite the slightly cool weather. The gardens are huge but unfortunately we were not able to mae the most of all of the space as the weather didn't really favour sitting...

"Great fornvisiting Mt St Michel ...clean and a reallt nice guy ..we were thinong thisnwould be perfect size for a retirement place...small but cute and pleanty of room. Not kuch food options in this town but a great little kitchen and there IS a surreal fresh priduce and meat store just up the road and machine pizza! It was soncool to be buying veg and meat from building full of vending...produce was fresh and.pizza was not bad ..baked a few more mins in the oven when we got back "

"Nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse dans la belle maison de Bernadette. Le site est parfait - semi- rural avec un jardin immense mais à proximité des plages magnifiques de Jullouville, Carolles et Kairon. Bernadette est une hôtesse superbe. Elle nous a accueillis à bras ouverts et nous a fait sentir chez nous tout de suite. Nous vous remercions, Bernadette."

"Propriété charmante et extrêmement bien entretenue avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. L'environnement est assez calme tout en étant proche des magasins. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et les informations étaient précises et opportunes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour - en dépit d'un temps quelque peu, euh, difficile. "La Maison des Greves is a lovely property, ideal for either a relaxing break or as the focal point for visiting the many historic sites which the area has to offer. The large garden was perfectly suited to our plan to unwind for a fortnight, and the fact that it is shared with the gite next door was not a problem. The views across the bay to the Mont St Michel are spectacular. Would thoroughly recommend, although the two flights of stairs between bedroom and loo are perhaps not best suited to...

"Gite is more modern than the pictures suggest. Nicely done. We enjoyed the games room. Kitchen was fine (plenty of pans). Lovely area - Carolles beach was just perfect for us."

"Loved staying here. Only wish that we would of had more time! It's a perfect set-up, especially traveling with kids. We had everything we needed. Samuel was a very good host and full of information. Location was great."

"Very clean comfortable apartment in a wide open space opening out onto the pool. Great seating area on the balcony (Downstairs apartments had a good space outside their units). Apartment was well fitted out. A little far from the village but easy driving and parking. A good location to explore Mont St Michel."

"Très bien dans l'ensemble. Le seul souci, il était indiqué qu'il y avait un four et un four micro-ondes, or il n'y avait pas de four. Et il n'y a pas de patère (ni étagère) dans la SDB pour accrocher des vêtements, serviettes ou autre. Pour le reste sincèrement, grande satisfaction. Pour celles et ceux qui aiment marcher ou faire du vélo, il y a des sentiers de randonnée à proximité, très sympa 👍"
