This nice apartment is situated in a quiet complex and close to the beach, just 500 meters. It has 3 bedrooms, two master bedrooms with a double bed and the third bedroom has a double bed with at the top a single one.

The kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a 3 pits hob.

The apartment has a big terrace with sitting area and sun loungers with the morning and afternoon sun. The finishing touch is the Lounge area for the sunsets.

Great apartment but can be noisy at times
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was well equipped with everything you need and more. The balcony area was fantastic with very comfortable sun loungers. The central location was handy but however, please be aware that it is located above a bar that has a live jazz player some nights and near a busy car park area. The jazz player didn’t really bother us but I could hear the bar setting up their tables and chairs at 7am most mornings which annoyed me. Also on market days they are set up directly below but that quite good fun to watch from above.

Well equipped and comfortable
The appartement is very well equipped, with lots of glasses, cuttlery, etc.. and a large fridge. We slept comfortably during our stay even though daytime temperatures exceeded 35C on most days. However, we didn't use the 3rd bedroom as the portable air conditioning unit there was not working well. Parking can be a little bit of a pain, especially on market days. The town has plenty of restaurants to choose from, but there is also a well-stocked supermarket just across the street.

Pro : [ ] La casa è centralissima Dotata di quasi tutti i confort Bel terrazzo comodo per la sera. Contro: Igiene questa sconosciuta . Al nostro arrivo alle 23, abbiamo trovato diverse cose che non andavano o che erano mancanti nella dotazione come da decreto [ ] muffa negli interstizi delle mattonelle nelle docce.[ ] Muffa presente in tutta La lavatrice sia guarnizione che cesto,,ci sono voluti due giri a vuoto ad alta temperatura e con santificanti specifici comprati da noi.○Polvere ovunque, terrazzo con cacche secche di Colombo, era evidente che non venisse lavato da tempo, poiché i pozzetti che servono per lo scolo dell'acqua erano secchi. ○La sera più di una volta il terrazzo è stato occupato da blatte provenienti da sotto i mobili del terrazzo (uccisi 5 in un colpo una sola sera). ○I cuscini dei letti puzzavano ed avevano evidenti macchie gialle di sudore/sporco vecchio mai lavati ( richiesta sostituzione o ricambio anch’esso mai pervenuto) fatto presente anche a Marisks,la property manager che si è rifiutata anche solo di annusarli, disgustata. ○I letti matrimoniali erano sprovvisti di lenzuola di sopra matrimoniali ma al loro posto vi erano i sacchi porta piumino per letti singoli; fatto richiesta per quelli matrimoniali oltre che per un set di ricambi asciugamano viso e doccia ma li abbiamo avuti solo dopo solleciti e avviso di segnalazione ad utorità competente) ed in momenti diversi, in totale circa 4 giorni.○Tutte le lenzuola esono state rilavate per la puz

Porto du mogan.
Väldigt mysig o lugn liten stad. Förhållandevis dyr o lite enahanda utbud på mat o dyl. Nära till vandring i bergen som rekommenderas o bad o snorkling utanför den konstgjorda stranden. Överlag om du önskar en semester i lugnt tempo o kanske gran canarias finaste kustby så rekommenderar vi denna.

Mother in law’s birthday
We couldn’t have picked a better place and better location for our mother who was 81 last week. We had everything we needed in the apartment . It’s so close to the sea front //restaurants/supermarkets . Anything we needed at all Mariska was just a phone call away.. would have been nice to use the hot tub though as temperatures got up to 27degrees. And their is a lovely big 60 inch television which we could only get our Netflix account on and watch you tube . Overall we had a brilliant time in Puerto da mogan so thank you for letting us stay in cases kuven . Regards richard

Great stay
Only Bad point: We found the 3rd bedroom to be poor. It's a single room really and wardrobes doors have been removed to allow for a large bunk, leaving very little room. The air conditioning in this bedroom is a portable unit which is poor, as its noisy, doesn't really work well and blows hot air out the back. You have to try and fix it up with an awkward tube yourself. Apart from the bedroom everything thing else was great. Good points in particular, The outside areas are spacious and the position of the apartment is fantastic. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, plenty of facilities and there is great support during your stay. Please don't let the 3rd bedroom put you off, its just something to be aware of.

Schönes Apartement mit super Lage
Wir hatten zwei super schöne Wochen in dem Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr schöne große Dachterrasse! Zudem reibungsloser Ablauf mit sehr nettem Vermieter, der immer für alle Fragen erreichbar war.

Fantastic!
The holiday with my family was wonderful from start to finish. Taxis to and from the airport arranged for us and the property manager was there waiting for us to show us the apartment and hand over the keys. The apartment was lovely with a great balcony and facilities.
