"The staff is the heart of the hotel. Each one of them were amazing. To name a few, Zama, Miriam, Ivy, xolani, Jimmy, the two Thomas, Justice, Zoe, Kenny, and the rest became like family to me. The staff at Perere, at the Club House and at the Cafeteria made me feel special. The housekeeping personnel was also exceptional. I felt comfortable leaving my personal items out when they were cleaning. They didn't steal anything. The hotel has almost everything to make your enjoyable in every aspect. It has a business center, Barber shop, a grocery store and much more. The only issue I have with the hotel owners and management are the low wages they pay their staff. For such a high standard hotel and highly qualified staff that give exceptional services, the wage is not at par with the quality of services offered."

"Great facility, friendly staff and delicious food. We were able to catch the hop on hop off bus just around the corner and access lots of sights that way. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Nelson Mandela Square, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended this stay. "

"Closeness to gautrain which is 12 minutes and 3 stops to and from airport. Rosebank is also a train stop away. Sandton city is in walking distance. Don’t like that hotel entrance is not easily visible."

"Very happy with choice of hotel for first stay in johannnesburg. Food excellent. Pool was closed for one afternoon during our stay but staff arranged and took us to a neighbouring hotel to use their’s. Reinforced how good the pool area was in our hotel. Punctual shuttle to Sandton city. Hotel also on free shuttle stop for hop on/off bus "
