"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. It was very clean, apart from inside the kitchen drawers and the oven, but as we weren’t cooking a lot it didn’t bother us too much. "Great central location, couple of minutes walk from nearest tram/metro stop. Central rail station only 5 - 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment was very spacious and really well equipped. Great communications from the team ahead of arrival, making access a breeze. I even got notified that my apartment was ready ahead of time which was welcome. Overall, everything about my stay was very positive on top of which the city is beautiful."

"This hotel is in front of the beautiful train station in Antwerp. It is perfect if you are arriving or leaving by the central train station. The view of the train station at night from the hotel is magnificent. It is an architectural gem."

"Easy parking. Friendly receptionist checked us in and gave directions to restaurant which was open despite it being 14:00. Good food in the restaurant. However, I must comment on the breakfast which was one of the best we have experienced. The Orang juicer gave fresh juice. The hot food was freshly cooked and appetising and there were 4 Coffee machines all of which worked. Our room was quiet despite having the ring road only 150 metres away. Travel into the center of the city was by the 24 tram which was only a 10 min walk away. In summary I would stay again."
