You will be practically feet in the water in this large house facing the sea. The 2017 blue flag sandy beach is a few meters away. But you will undoubtedly also like to take advantage of the private heated swimming pool 29 °, jaccuzi-balneotherapy facing the ocean at 36 °, sauna, in local 25 °, all year round. Younger guests can have fun in the games room with table football.
With its 215m², this spacious villa has enough to comfortably accommodate 8 people + 2 babies. It is made up of:
- A dining room with a large picture window overlooking the sea
- A living room with fireplace, TV with TNT and 2 satellite dishes + free WIFI
- An open kitchen, with all the necessary equipment
- 4 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed, 3 with 2 twin beds. The 2 bedrooms upstairs overlook the sea
- 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) + shower in the pool room
- 2 separate toilets

Superbe semaine en famille
Deuxième séjour dans cette formidable maison pour la famille (2 enfants de 10 et 2 ans). La vue est magnifique sur la mer, la plage accessible à pieds en 2 minutes avec le sympathique Bar des Îles pour prendre une glace ou un verre face à la mer. Toute la région est magnifique et facilement accessible. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, on se sent bien accueilli. La piscine est un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour et sécurisée pour les plus petits. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et espérons bien revenir!

2 rundum schöne Wochen durften wir in dem wunderbaren Haus verbringen, und es war ein Traum. Der Atlantik direkt vor dem Fenster, dazu ein Innenpool für kühle Tage, Strand, Crepestand, Bar, kleine Buchten und Wanderwege...- das hat groß und klein glücklich gemacht. Monsieur Chalony war super, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein hoffentlich nächstes Mal.

Superbe semaine en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos trois enfants de 9, 8 et 2 ans. La maison est agréable et bien équipée, la vue sur mer est à couper le souffle on ne s’en lasse pas. Le coin piscine jacuzzi est spacieux et le jardin est reposant et bien entretenu. Accès plage à 1 minute à pieds, sentier côtier à 20m. Le coin est magnifique nous avons fait beaucoup de visites (suivez les conseils de propriétaires sur ce point). Coup de cœur pour les ruines de l’abbaye de Saint Maurice et le port de Doelan. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi, nous reviendrons!

Location au top ! Accueil chaleureux de monsieur Chalony en plus des produits régionaux ! On ne se fatigue pas de cette vue imprenable sur l'océan de belles balades sur les chemins côtiers etc. Eh bien sûr sans oublier la piscine le jacuzzi. Bref des journées bien remplies on a pas vu le temps passer.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit unglaublichem Meerblick
Wir durften eine Woche im Dezember in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Fast alle Räume haben Meerblick! Das Haus ist sehr hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Jacuzzi und Salzwasserpool laden jederzeit zum Entspannen ein. (Beides top gepflegt). In der Umgebung gibt es wirklich sehr viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Vannes, Quiberon, Carnac, Pont Aven, Concarneau und vieles mehr) und tolle Restaurants mit frischen Meeresfrüchten, zb. Belon-Austern direkt am Bélon. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zwei schöne Surfspots "Plage de Kérou" und "Plage Dourveil". Die Begrüßung und Übergabe war super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Herr Chalony war immer ansprechbar für Fragen und hatte tolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderbares Haus in atemberaubender Lage
