"Motel located a main street, so easy to find. Received text containing room number and door code prior to arrival. Motel is modern and clean. All roomx have heat pumps, so cozy all year long. Parking right outside room door and all rooms on ground floor. Though staff are not on site, they are easy to contact via phone and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Motel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. From what I could see, I think this is the nicest motel/hotel in Stratford....

"The Mill House is such a wonderful place to stay - so clean, so welcoming, and every little detail has been thought about to make you comfortable and at home… a Nespresso coffee machine, deep bath with candles provided, fluffy robes, fresh flowers in every room, helpful basics in the fridge. And every room was lovely. We hoped it would be beautiful from the photos, but it exceeded our expectations!We had our dogs with us and they loved running around the big lawn and we enjoyed the pretty...

"We came up with a large group of friends for a ski weekend. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to ski, but we had so much fun doing other things around Raetihi - the dinosaur house, carrot adventure park and the tip shop were some of our favourite things to do. The property was very well appointed with plenty of bed and bathrooms. The dining area was very cosy with a dire, and we were able to cook plenty of meals with the well appointed kitchen. "Beautiful location on the mountain, walk out the door and onto the trails. Quaint, rustic, comfortable, an open fire each night and delicious home cooking made for a relaxing stay. Dean and the staff really looked after us. A great two nights away."
