"Ermanno was great,he was always quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Very eclectic but this added to the charm. Bus nearby into Bari central as quite a walk for our elderly parents We enjoyed our stay Thank you Ermanno"

"When we arrived at Bisceglie the owner came to pick us up from train station, and showed us the room we were staying in. One of the rooms did not look like the pictures at all. The fact that the owner and his family as Well as other customers were all on the property was not specified and is missleading, as the accommodation was not presented in such a manner. "Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. "Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips."

"This was beautiful Villa remodeling 10yrs ago….. now in need of updating!!! Its electrical service is too small run all its amenities….the main circuit breaker tripped 3x’s during our stay! Furniture is all from IKEA and falling apart! Not what you would expect from a Villa of this quality. Owners are in denial of all the updates needed. Caused lots of stress during our vacation. VRBO also did not respond back! We booked a hotel for the second part of our trip"

We liked the privacy of the villa--especially the porch and gardens--so relaxing after returning from a day of adventures. The property manager was amazing! "Great property with generous sized accommodation. Terrific outdoor spaces, in particular, and the whole place being spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with Theresa who left a selection of lovely goodies for us. The only slight negative about the property is that it is about 3km outside Conversano on a relatively busy road so it’s not possible to walk into town. Nothing that Theresa can do about that! "

"The property was as depicted in photos. The masseria was rustic and very charming. We didn't really cook in the kitchen for meals but had capability to do simple meals. We arranged a chef to come one night for our family and they brought additional cooktops/grill to prepare our dinner as they felt our rental did not have everything necessary to complete the task (they had an event a few months prior at this place so they were familiar with the kitchen). "Beautifully clean and spacious villa our party was 7 adults and 4 children and it never felt crowded. A large kitchen fully equipped however the cooker hob was a little temperamental when cooking for a large family like ours but we managed fine. Plenty of out door space also with the two large terraces and pool area that the children loved. It could have more loungers by the pool but this is a personal thought. "This hotel location is excellent, close to the train station, the main shopping streets, the old town. If you get a room on the street your sleep will be disrupted so ask for one facing the courtyard. Breakfast is amazing & rich with plenty of food. The staff is lovely & helpful."
