"- I paid for the room ahead of time. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. "Flat is great and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great, near everything. There’s a supermarket right under, parking on the street and main attractions nearby. My only complaint is about the grumpy guy in reception (day shift). He has a terrible attitude and we saw him being rude at other guests as well. The lady and the night guy were good though.
