It has also an other bedroom which can be used, on request, by service personnel. The central position of this villa allows guests to easily reach the citis in Val di Noto and the beaches of Donnalucata, Sampieri and Marina di Ragusa.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
