Here's the positives: The location for this home is really perfect for being in town and close to everything. The owner is prompt to respond to all messages. Check in is easy. There is a designated parking spot too. The house was clean, but not "detail" clean. There were dried up contact lenses on the nightstand from previous guests.
Here's the negative: The listing lists 2 bathrooms, but the main bath that is shared (JACK/JILL SYTLE) which is not mentioned in the description, has little to no water pressure. We couldn't use the sink or shower, so all 4 adults had to share the other bath which is also on the other side of the house. This was extremely inconvenient. Lastly, this is the central valley, and it gets HOT. Especially in old houses like this. There is a note stating they want the A/C to be set at 72-76 degrees due to the electric bill. Each time we would turn it down below 72 (because it got hot) it would eventually turn back to 72+ degrees. I would have given a 4-star review, but the bathrooms situation for 3 nights was pretty sucky.
