The check in experience wasn’t so good. I was given a key that wasn’t working. After a few minutes of trying, I gave up and went back to the office and told him the problem. He gave me another key and I gave it a try. Still it didn’t work. So I asked to be moved to another room, wherever it is, where the key would work, as I was so tired from the 6-hour drive. Finally it worked. The room was clean, ac/heater in good working condition, so does the tv although the picture was purple for some reason. The bathroom was clean and had a good hot water.
