I cannot get through to Expedia to make a complaint and ask for a refund. The room was filthy and I had to book another hotel. I need my money back. After some long traveling in the atmospheric storm, this Motel provided exactly what I needed to rest. Driving with my 11-year-old daughter and our pet we were urgently looking to get out of the storm. The young lady at the front counter was so kind. The motel was very accommodating and clean. It was exactly what we needed to rejuvenate for the rest of our drive to florida.
