"Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. Petra met us on arrival so we could follow her back to the villa, even though it was very late because our flight had been delayed. "Wonderful large and clean apartment. Really comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Really friendly staff with great communication via email and in person. Lovely welcome drink of homemade liquor in our apartment which was delicious. Great to have a parking space, found the apartment easy to locate. It's in a good location near the cable car and approximately 350 easy enough steps to the Old Town. Didn't use the pool but looked inviting and very clean. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "

"We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. "Great villa with lots of space (there were 14 of us, 3 generations, across the 3 apartments and we had room so spare). The location of the villa was good, within easy reach of Cavtat, which is beautiful. The walk back up the hill is very steep so we tended to use a car or taxis. Vedran was very helpful and responded to issues quickly. He also recommended some great restaurants (Ludo More was lovely!). "Lovely property with fabulous views. Facilities at the Sheraton were available at an extra charge but the outdoor pool was worth it - plenty of sunbeds and space. The only downside for the property was the WiFi, which kept dropping off."
