Awesome place!
We travel a lot for work, and my co-workers have stayed her a couple times while in Mobile. Abez is great to work with, and this house is very clean, comfortable and in a nice area.

Played the RTJ Golf course at Magnolia grove. Absolutely perfect place for 6 guys. House was awesome and managers were awesome as well. Would 100% stay here again.

We picked this house because it checked all the boxes. We had a job to do in the area. We were very pleased with our stay. When we saw we needed to stay longer the owner was very helpful in extending our stay. If we are ever back in the area again we will most definitely check to see if this house is available.

Quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and restaurants
We were in town for a local dance competition. The property was just as described in the listing and we arrived to a clean home stocked with everything we needed. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 people. The property was only 15 minutes away from Mobile Civic Center. Easy communication with property owner. Would definitely stay again.

perfect location and set up for our needs!
We had a large project in Mobile over the summer and the house was in the perfect location to house our team. Property Management was great to work with and the house had everything we needed to keep everyone comfortable...a lot nicer than staying at a hotel!

Nice house but..
The house was pretty but the floors were disgusting. It was obvious the floors needed a good sweeping followed by mopping due to the fact our socks were dirty. I said it was going to be six people in the house but it was only four washcloths so we ended up buying some. It wasn’t a lot of money spent obviously but it also wasn’t anything that should have required. Either the neighbors are extremely nosey ( we seen someone come out and stand in their yard looking in our direction while we were typing in the key entry) or the owner has audio on the cameras outside because we were accused of talking loudly while outside which isn’t true. We walked to our car to get food and then that’s when I woke up to a message saying we weren’t following the rules. If we were being loud I would admit it but due to the time we left we were quiet any way. Also, after seeing the neighbor watch us I got a message saying to call but I was already sleep and left the next morning so never called but I’m sure it was another report. The lights on the patio didn’t work so being outside in pitch darkness wasn’t really an option we participated in.

Celebrating Mardi Gras
The rental property was exactly as described in listing! The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for 8 people and honestly probably more. We will definitely be back. 17 mins to parades, easy route! And everything from Walmart to Target are in the area.
