The Space:
This apartment is the first apartment in a converted historic home with four apartments. There are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and another with a full. You will also find a futon in the living area. There is a full kitchen with basic and essential amenities. We provide all of the essentials whether you're traveling for work or business. This is the perfect place for business or pleasure! Complete with a dining area to enjoy meals at home, and a smartTV to tune into your favorite binge-worthy show! Just enough room for a couple with kids and a pet!

Guest Access:
This apartment is part of a converted home that has been turned into a quad-plex. Guests will enter the front door of the building, and access #1 with a digital keypad. The porch and outdoor seating area is shared with other guests.

Getting Around:
This home is located close to all there is to do and see in Mobile! Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This is a second floor apartment in a renovated historic home.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
This home does have wi-fi available but does not have an ethernet connection.
