Property Management won’t respond
Upon checking the unit wasn’t clean. The bedding was stained with ashes from smokers with fresh ashes on the bed, hand prints on all the stainless appliances, shower had a orange slim which was slippery, window ledge in the shower had hair from previous guest shave, food crumbs on the rug underneath the table ,trash in the kitchen trash can from previous guest also with their food in the fridge. I have photos to validate. Then I was sent to another unit which hadn’t been cleaned at all. It was though someone stayed and they hadn’t attempted to clean it yet. The access card to the rear gate for the secured parking did not work so I had to find a spot two blocks down and walk back. The front door doesn’t work with the code as well as the elevator is intermittent. This was a stay from hell. I checked in Friday and as of today which is Monday I still haven’t received a call about anything. I had to take the original unit and go buy cleaning supplies to clean up the unit because there was no other place to stay when I checked in at 9pm

This property was so incredibly horrible that we left within 15 minutes of arrival. They gave us instructions for a lockbox on the stairwell and there were no keys. Went to the unit and it was wide open with key on the table. The hallways wreaked of marijuana, there was a dog barking non-stop in the unit next door, the neighborhood and building were unsafe and run down. The inside of the unit was filthy, not one piece of toilet paper available nor any other showering amenities as listed. The bathroom mirror was not clean, the toilet had poop marks in it, there was a huge stain on the bed, massive amounts of hair on the floors, cabinet doors were filthy and didn’t want to touch the handles. I have requested a refund and to no avail, this has not been processed or approved yet. Do not stay here. There’s a nice Sleep Inn hotel in Saraland for the same pricing.
