"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

"Phenomenal view, attractively and comfortably furnished, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Nicole, our host, was very responsive, answering any questions in a matter of minutes. We had everything we needed for a 6-night stay, including the use of the hot tub on the deck, a BIG plus at the end of a long day of hiking. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I had never used VRBO before and were a little nervous! Our hosts were fabulous putting all our trepidation to rest. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Fully equipped with all we needed to make our week in St Johns Newfoundland enjoyable and stress free. Located right in Petty Harbour. Great views and close enough to everything. "This was a great place to stay! It is in a great location to day trip to most of the Avalon Peninsula including St. John’s. You are so close you could walk to 3 whale watching tours and for the adventurous it is a 4km walk to the Bay Bulls lighthouse on the East Coast Trail. The balcony looks out over Bay Bulls which was great for the never ending search for whales (bring binoculars). It was very clean, had everything we needed and was very quiet and private from the house. The hosts were quick...
