Amazing. The hotel was comfortable and safe. The location was near anything you could want without having to get out on a major road. If you're arriving and leaving on I10 it's easy access. All of the staff from front desk to porter to housekeeping could not have been friendlier and more accommodating.

The room was spacious, nice layout, and well equipped. Unfortunately the room faced the highway and windows do not keep out the noise so it was difficult to sleep. Also the room was in need of some basic maintenance here and their and the bottles of soap and shampoo were empty. Breakfast was also a let down, so don't count on it unless you just want a quick bit.

The hotel location is great. I felt very safe and had no issue sleeping. The room was exactly as described. We arrived a little late and the woman at the front desk as very kind and helpful. When we expressed concern over the breakfast being after we had to leave in the morning, she made a note and had two small grab and go bags ready for my kids in the morning. Such a simple thing that made a huge difference in our day. Her name was Linley, and she deserves a bonus! She was very welcoming and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel
This might be my favorite hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff was GREAT- from the front desk to housekeeping. You don’t find that much these days in hotels. The breakfast had great options and my kids loved it. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay here again!
