There are 12 of us. 7 adults and 5 kids (4-7 yrs). It is tough to find a place that fits everyone's needs.
Well -Tygart Lake Guest House was amazing. We rode bikes, we hiked, we visited the waterfall, we swam in the lake as well as the river, we celebrated a birthday, we brought food and there was plenty of space to put it. We had a bonfire, we cooked s'mores, we used the grill - there is inside eating and outside eating areas and tables and chairs - areas in the front and areas in the back to sit, relax or watch the kiddos play.
There are three bathrooms! There is a washer and dryer! There are games in the closet in the living room.
The glorious quiet.
My grand daughter, age 7, wants to buy it - it was perfect for our whole family!
Only one suggestion: Take all you want food wise because it is a long way to get a gallon of milk!
