"The condo is nice, great location and pretty well stocked. Only issue is that the living room TV had issues. The housekeeper was great and came and tried to fix it and replaced with another TV that didn’t work either, per noted in the check in book it has had a problem for a while. It needs to be repaired properly. Other than that which is minor everything was great "

"This is an excellent property- clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Probably one of the best kitchens we’ve had in a VRBO in terms of having all the pots, pans, tools, etc needed to cook full meals. Where the property really shines is in floor plan/design. There is ample indoor/outdoor space for gathering, but also roomy, spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. A perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. Owners are kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again."

"Some of the beds were sunken like a banana and others were high centered in the middle. Overall a good stay since it’s hard to find a place that allows pets. "

"The condo was super nice and clean. Great space and views. Good location to park and all activities we wanted to do in Moab. Google maps did not take us to the correct condo, but when we called the manager, he responded quickly and was super helpful. (Be sure to come in via the directions on the listing. If you come in through the front of the neighborhood it’s harder to see condo numbers at night). It was a great stay and comfortable. Had everything we needed to make a few dinners and anything...

"We loved staying at this condo. Our kids played in the pool every day. We enjoyed relaxing in the air conditioned house. We also enjoyed visiting various parts of Moab and eating good food. Great location!"

"Four of us were there for a two day golf tournament... it was a very few minutes from the course. The property was very clean and met all our needs. I would recommend it to others. There are stairs to the upper floor."
