• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
• The guest making the reservation and checking in must be 21+ years old and present a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit due at check-in.
• If for any reason you need to change the name on the reservation, there will be a $100 fee to you for each name change, so please make sure to give us the name of a person that will be there to check-in. They must check-in, resort will not change name for you, It is $100 charge through the Host’s services and we have to do it.
• If you are arriving in a group with separate vehicles and someone else gets there first, they will have to wait for the person on reservation to arrive before your group can check-in.
• The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Property is now cashless, credit cards only accepted for payment.
• When you check-in , the resort will have you add guest names staying in room and hand out wristbands for each person to access your suite and resort areas.
• No refunds or credits will be granted outside of the listing's cancellation policy. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
• Guests are required to accept additional terms and conditions in accordance with the resort's policies, including any applicable taxes and fees paid to the resort.
• You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking, quiet times, pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

• Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The pool is heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool signage for more information.
• Starbucks drinks and a served breakfast are available for an additional cost at the resort.
• There are three grill stations around the property. Grill kits are available to borrow from the front desk.
• A mountain bike wash station is available for use at the property.
• Daily housekeeping may be available at an additional charge.
