The hot tub is open and will remain open until Jan 2, 2025, and will reopen mid-Feb 2025. The pool is currently closed and will reopen in March/April 2025. (weather permitting). Please see the pool and hot tub 2024 schedule and hours below.

The furnishings are from Bassett Furniture with your comfort being the main factor in the selection process. The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and the queen sofa sleeper will allow larger groups additional bedding. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located upstairs and a half bathroom located downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with everyday utensils and small appliances, allowing you to save even more money on meals. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living area, and loft. Free Wifi too!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering the pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

This place fit our needs perfectly, plenty of space for all of us. nice and clean, easy to go into town, I loved that it had 2 pools in one area and a hot tub. Beds were great. East check in and check out, will stay here again when we go back that way. Thank you for sharing this Condo!

Great oasis in the desert
This place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Loved our stay there for family of 5. And the property manager(s) were very accommodating to shift our arrival and departure dates after our flight was canceled the morning of our expected arrival.

Nicole's place was spacious, quiet, and a great place to unwind after hitting the national parks and outdoor adventures Moab offers. Overall, the place was clean and offered everything the listing said it would. We did find an item left behind from the previous guest as well as some little handprints left on the closet mirrors. The tile floor could have used another once over with a broom but none of this ruined our stay by any means. We hope to return soon!

Great condo in Moab
If you are hitting Arches/Canyonlands/Dead Horse Point and need a little space, this is the place for you! With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus 2 living spaces, this is a perfect place to spread out after being cramped in the car with each other. 😁. The complex has great views, 2 nice pools and a hot tub, and a playground area for kids. It’s also 4 minutes away from Underdog Animal Rescue if you want to jump down there and volunteer for a couple hours - just saying! The condo is about a 10 minute drive south of downtown Moab, so if you want to be able to walk to places, it’s better to stay in town. If that doesn’t matter to you, this place was fantastic - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Moab. Beds were comfy, home was clean and well stocked for our stay. Owner/manager was excellent to communicate with. Arrival process and departure were simple. Everything was as listed and then some. Great stay in a nice neighborhood.

The condo is as described. Large, well equipped, clean, attractive and located outside of town but close enough for easy restaurant and park access. There were only three of us, so not inexpensive, but for a larger group would be great value, too!

Best Stop on our Road Trip!
We were looking forward to our stop in Moab, and I was excited to surprise my family with this home away from home. We arrived late at night, and even with the pictures I had seen, I was amazed at the size of this home, and the views out every window the next morning. Great place, well supplied, plenty of room to stretch out and get some clothes washed for our journey home. Interaction with owners with some changes I needed to make was quick and easy. Wonderful place to stay in a really cool area. Very conveniently located!

Magic in Moab
We had an amazing time in Moab. The condo was clean and well appointed. It’s conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands NP along with many other fun destinations. We stayed three nights because we are road tripping across the states. Wish we had longer because there is so much more we would like to do. We had my husband’s parents with us along with our three children 11,11, and 14. Everyone had enough space which is so much better than being crammed into hotel rooms. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and neatly organized. Check in and check out were a complete breeze. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing Stay
We really enjoyed this property right outside of Moab. We had a short drive to Arches NP, and we were not too far from Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park. The property itself was clean, and had everything we needed. The condo was so nice, with our own garage. The garage was high enough to fit our van with cartopper. There was a pool on site that we were able to use, which also had a hot tub. Really enjoyed this property.
