Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was almost very good. a couple issues that kept us up late at night on two of the four nights. spent an hour at 1230am controlling water so the property would not have damage.

Great place to stay in Moab
This condo was clean and very comfortable. Nice furniture and appliances. Having a hot tub on the back porch was a nice addition to our stay. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay, great area
This was a good place to stay as a family. It was quiet and clean. The sand and grit are ubiquitous and tend to accumulate. However, that is just the region of the property.

Moab Getaway
Love the location and the outdoor living spaces for a Moab getaway. Kitchen has all cooking items you could possibly need. Management was very helpful when requested. Would hopefully come back to visit again soon.

Lovely
This lovely condo is a ten minute drive south of town. It is nestled on a hill in a nice neighborhood, just above the golf course. It was well kept and well equipped. We loved, loved the back porch with its stunning views and occasional lizard in the day and bats in the night visitors. We saw drove by some of the other vrbo units that we had considered and were glad we chose this one. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Loved the house
This was our third extended stay in Moab, second in a vacation home there. We thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse. It felt secluded even though it was in the middle of the neighborhood. And being just outside of town gave us the best quiet atmosphere. The house itself was plenty spacious. All bedrooms had more than adequate space so everyone felt they had their own private areas. The kitchen was just amazing; large fridge, lots of counter space, plenty of dinnerware. An overall great hangout area. The entire downstairs is tile, which did make for some extremely cold feet since we came at the beginning of March. So glad we packed thick socks. Overall, if we ever get to Moab with the whole family again, this townhouse will be one we look to first to see if it's available.

Great place. My only problem was the outside. I understand Moab doesn’t get much snow but the property owner still should have made sure Driveway, walks and area around hot tub was cleared from snow and ice. The ice and snow was terrible. I think this is a huge liability . Also rugs by exterior doors would have been helpful.

It was very spacious, clean and the décor was really nice and comfortable. It was close to a large gas station, which was helpful since we were out wheeling everyday. Getting fuel and free air to air the tires back up was a breeze. There is also a great restaurant that was handy for a day or two when you came in for the day and didn't want to have to drive into town. When we did, it was just a short drive. It was quiet and overall just a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was outside of Moab in a nice area with new construction in the area. However, I would not recommend this condo for several reasons. Premier Vacation Rentals oversees this property, not VRBO and they are unresponsive to any question you may have. They did not return phone calls so we were left to make our own decisions about problems with the property. Second, the condo was not clean. Floor was not washed, dustballs floating across the master bedroom and upstairs sink was clogged. Paid $145 for cleaning and $130 service fee but obviously that was money not gone into cleaning the property. Many other options for rental in the area.

Great Location and Property
Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights on our recent trip to Utah. The location was great and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax after long days of exploring the area. We enjoyed the outdoor area watching lizards run around, sitting in the hot tub and star gazing at night. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked a couple meals here, the kitchen had what we needed for cooking and grilling. We wished there had been a few extras like salt and pepper, seasonings, paper plates and napkins which we didn't think to pick up at the store. We also were provided laundry soap which was great, but no dryer sheets. Overall, this was a great property and we would stay here again if we were visiting the area.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood a few miles south of Moab.
The outdoor living areas, complete with hot tub and gas fireplaces, are the highlight of this property. The upstairs balcony was a great place for star gazing. The inside living and kitchen areas are a bit on the small side, but still very comfortable for a family of four. The upstairs bedrooms are huge, both with king beds. Overall a great place and will definitely look for it again if ever back in Moab.
