Look no further! You've found the perfect basecamp for your stay in Moab! Our spacious, open concept home has tons of natural light, great sunset views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains, and is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Just minutes from Arches National Park, dozens of hikes for all levels, jeep and ATV/UTV trails (drive directly from the home), white water rafting, horseback riding, scenic golfing and of course Moab's legendary mountain bike trails.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October) and hot tub. There is plenty of parking for jeeps, UTV/ATV's and trailers. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the nearby community hot tub. Please note: our pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025.

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Nice location and nice condo
We did hikes in both Moab and Canyonlands. This was a nice place to stay for both. A little bit of a drive to Canyonlands, but worth it for the food options available in Moab compared to other towns around it. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was not open, which was disappointing for my son, but we still had fun.

The coffee beans and grinder were a nice touch for this coffee lover! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I liked having actual cable on the TV instead of just a smart TV with a streaming service. The great view and big outdoor private seating area was a nice place to enjoy the cool evenings and beautiful mornings. The propery manager definitely knows how to host a guest and provide an exceptional experience!

Every pot/dish/silverware we touched had grim or old left over food/oils on it. We didn’t feel comfortable using anything before washing it. The cutting boards disgusting...all of them (time to throw them out). could use new pots/pans/cutting boards/knife set...etc.

Nice comfortable base station for our Moab off road adventures!
Overall we had a great stay! We really liked there was parking to accommodate our truck, Jeep and trailer. The Property location was close to town, clean, comfortable and quite. Only “issues” we encountered is we noticed the hot water did not work in the kitchen and bathroom faucets but it did work in the shower for 10-15 minutes. (Not a big deal) Also, we wanted to use the vacuum clean up little bit but the vacuum filter was clogged up with dirt. Side note. There is a larger cactus plant you pass before you enter in the the main gate to the patio that can be kinda dangerous. I rubbed it against my leg when carrying our bags in and got me good! Could potentially be bad for kids and or pets, but we understand it’s decorative. We had a great stay and would definitely come back to stay again! Thank you! Jareb
