THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN WHERE YOU CAN SLEEP 8 IN SEPARATE BEDS!
Welcome to our bright and spacious luxury townhome, on the bike path between the beautiful Colorado River and the mountain-biking and off-road mecca of Moab.
This wonderful two-bedroom unit has a large loft and plenty of room to spread out. It features a king bed in one master, a queen and twin in the other, plus four twin beds and a double futon in the loft. The large deck has a grill and a six-place dining table. Free broadband WiFi is included (there is no phone service.)
It is also one of the few truly OWNER-operated units at Moab Springs Ranch (or anywhere in Moab). You won't deal with a middle-man. You will deal directly with the owners and our cleaning staff.
This townhome is our second home, so it has all the amenities most rentals don't: pressure cooker, crock pot, blender, rice maker, spices and other kitchen staples. We go above and beyond to make our place your group's go-to vacation spot.
Our unit has a private oversized two-car garage that can store classic cars, jeeps, bikes, UTVs, ATVs, motorbikes -- you name it. (Please note: there is no longer trailer parking at the MSR complex and parking is limited to our 2-car garage.) The resort also offers a free-for-guests EV charging station.
The complex offers a spectacular private park with a spring-fed pond and a wading stream that keeps kids entertained for hours. Unusual in Moab, this park is full of huge, shady trees and lush grasses. The temperature is always perfect, even in the desert heat. Several hammocks, picnic tables, and porch swings dot the meadow where Butch Cassidy once watered his horses. There are also several grills and a large firepit for your use.
Moab Springs Ranch also offers a heated pool that is generally open from March to October (weather permitting), a beautiful year-round hot tub, a bike washing station, a large sunny lawn for picnics, darts and soccer (byo), and a basketball hoop. The paved bike path runs right in front of the complex and will take you into downtown Moab in minutes.
Take the bike path a mile the other way and you'll find yourself at the shores of the impressive Colorado River. Just past the river, the bike path continues for two miles into the spectacular Arches National Park. Or take the path east, past Negro Bill Canyon and beyond. Scenic Hwy 128 is one of the most beautiful stretches of blacktop in the West, connecting you to Castle Valley, Fisher Towers and Onion Creek, among other places.
Dead Horse State Park and Canyonlands National Park are both a short, scenic drive away. The trailhead to Slickrock Trail, one of the most famous mountain bike trails in the US, is only six miles away. The well-known 4x4 trailhead to Hell's Revenge is also six miles away. Balanced Rock, White Rim Trail, Potash, Gemini Bridges, Poison Spider, La Sal Mountain Loop Road -- are all very close and accessible; each one more spectacular than the last.
Whether you enjoy mountain biking, ATVing, rock crawling, rock climbing, river rafting, kayaking, SUP boarding, photography, hiking, or simply watching the sun set on the spectacular red rock landscape, Moab has something for everyone. Check our calendar for one of the numerous festivals and events hosted throughout the year in Moab.
