Peaceful Setting Outside of Town
We loved: The quiet setting away from the hustle of downtown; beautiful views of the red rock cliffs; proximity to the golf course; three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and King or queen beds (perfect for three couples).

Moab Base
Coyote Run 9 was a perfect home for 3 70+ year old couples to use as a base for exploring the parks. Secluded, small neighborhood of same style homes and very quiet. Only about 10 minutes into the heart of downtown Moab. Next door to Moab Gplf Course if anyone is interested in playing. It looks like a fun course and very green.

Hiking, Arches National Park, Canyon Lands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park
Me and my husband traveled with another couple. This was a hiking trip to see National Parks. We were comfortable at the property. Our friends stayed on the lower level and me and my husband stayed on the upper level. We bought food at the local City Market and grilled every night. We had a great trip! Absolutely Beautiful!

Great base of operations
We were all about Arches and Canyonlands National parks. This property gave us a great place to get started in the morning and relax and recover from the days hikes in the evenings. There were 3 couples and each had a nice room and their own bathroom. The hot tub was a great perk and the kitchen was well stocked. Two of us played golf one day - so being right on the golf course was a plus. A great experience. We plan to come back to do more of canyonlands and I will try to stay in this unit again. Easy, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and then some.

Beautiful secluded property
We loved this house! Spacious and beautiful views with lots of outdoor privacy. Kitchen was well appointed, too. Our only issue was the hot tub never got hot and they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. If they fix it, we’d stay there again!

Excellent place to stay but was unable to use hot tub for several days of our stay
The location was fantastic!!! We loved the decor and the setting of the neighborhood. However, the hot tub was an issue. The manager of the house was wonderful to work with and came to work on the tub several times. It was just frustrating that the hot tub has been an issue for prior renters and the owner is not correcting the problem.

Good location and nice house, but needs a better cleaning
House is well designed in a nice neighborhood just outside Moab. Needs a better cleaning as spider webs and dirty windows were numerous. Hot tub did not work. Outdoor patio and furniture was dirty. House would be outstanding with a little more attention to detail and some minor updating.

Good area, but house was pretty rundown
The options in Moab are limited, and this was the best of the available options when we were looking, but it definitely fell short of our expectations. The main issue was the home was pretty rundown, dirty and not terribly well stocked compared to a lot of other VRBO's we've stayed at in the past. To be fair, we're used to 5-star luxury, so it's not entirely fair to compare this property, but either way it left something to be desired.

Nice location on the golf course
A group of 7 of us stayed here for the week to do some sight seeing and RZR riding. The house offered each privacy with 3 bedrooms and the loft. The loft had a sleeper sofa with a very worn mattress that needs replacing with a new mattress or a day bed. The house was a good size but the pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. Parking for 4 vehicles is doable but very, very tight. The property was clean but could use a really good deep cleaning and dusting. The upstairs rooms get really warm at night but as long as it’s cool outside you can crack a window. The bathroom upstairs, which 1 bedroom and a loft share, has a small vanity mirror, if you’re short you’ll have to stand on tip toes to see in it. It was conveniently located to the golf course and not far from Hells revenge and Gina and things trails.

Another dirty experience
I had hoped the other reviews complaining of how dirty it is were anomalies or that Vacasa would have stepped up the cleaning but sadly no. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. Trash and food under the couch. The couches were worn out, dirty snd smelly. My son found someone else’s underpants in his bed. The main tv didn’t work. On the bright side it has nice views, it is very quiet and private and we enjoyed the hot tub. One more consideration is that if you’re heading to arches or Canyonlands you have to cross Moab traffic and construction.

Wonderful stay at Coyote Run
This home is welcoming and cozy. We are a family of 5 and it felt spacious with all of the proper necessities provided. The kitchen area is large and open allowing for easy preparation of meals and staying in to eat. We used the hot tub several times and it was a great way to watch the stars. Ideally located at the end of a cul de sac so the house feels private with a view of a canyon right outside the windows. Close to town. Highly recommended for a great stay in Moab!

Great house with crappy air conditioning
The house was very nice. Pretty clean, but some dusting of higher areas is needed. Only complaint was the AC. We had to leave it at 72 or it would freeze up. With the thermostat in an interior hallway, that meant the other rooms and especially the 2 bedrooms upstairs, were much warmer. Fortunately we were there in the fall which meant cooler nights thank goodness. I can't imagine how uncomfortable this would have been in the summer! Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great Getaway
We were looking for a quiet place away from downtown Moab for our group to stay. We loved that this property was located inside of a neighborhood with quiet hours. Strange, I know, but the location was perfect for us. This home was perfect for our group and had just enough beds for us all. It could use a few minor updates, but it was clean and so we were happy! You can tell it's used, but definitely well taken care of. We hope to come back! The only "issue" I ran into was I tried to communicate with the property manager about a question we had about the property beforehand because there was a discrepancy between the rental agreement and the house rules listed for the property, and we never got a response from the property manager. I wish there were a better way to communicate with them in that regard. But it was a great property and would highly recommend for a group looking for a quiet place to stay.
