This bi-level, luxury condo is located right on the edge of the Moab Golf Course and offers all the convenience and comfort of home, plus a beautiful view of the West Rim of Moab Valley.
Downstairs, the cozy living room is furnished in sumptuous Southwest style and features a gas log fireplace. The dining area has table seating for four, plus there is a small snack bar with three stools for extra dining space. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and all the appliances, including dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. A utility pantry at one end provides a clothes washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom, located off the entry hall has a shower (no tub). A convenient interior door in the entry hallway opens into the attached, single-car garage, where you can safely store your recreational toys.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, while the oversize second bedroom provides two double beds. The upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower and is shared by both bedrooms.
The private patio, located just off the dining area, provides the finishing touch to this luxury accommodation. Here, you'll find picnic furniture and a charcoal barbeque grill, perfect for a cookout after a full day of Moab fun!

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Henning's Escape has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.
