Amazing Place in Moab!!!
Wow- We were a group of 7 adults and every single one of us was impressed. We would definitely rebook in the future. This place was beautifully appointed and furnished. It had everything we needed and some extras. (My husband wants to move there!) The support staff was incredibly communicative and responsive. Thanks for an amazing accommodation!

Too many small beds
So many small beds & not enough parking. Only one king bed and the others were all kid beds in a 4 bedroom house. Otherwise it was clean and nice & close to downtown. Which is what we were looking for. Parking /driveway held two cars and was short, so it did NOT fit a full size truck. Pool & HotTub were a nice add on, but needed to walk around the other side of the block to get to it. All in all had a wonderful stay.

Easy access to national parks and the town of Moab. The unit was very clean, well stocked and smelled amazing! The bikes were a great touch and not expected. We enjoyed our time….never made it to the pool or hot tub but they looked nice 😊

This is a very well-managed property with cordial and attentive hosts. The layout was ideal for our group of 14 from 4 families. The proximity to Arches, Dead Horse, and Canyonlands was extremely convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and expected. Highly recommended!

Great place close to all the fun stuff
We cooked all our meals. Had just about everything we needed. Could have used a couple more baking glass cookware. One thing I really liked was their “as you leave” policy. Usually these VRBO’s have you strip all the beds and bring all the linen and towels to the laundry. It was nice not to have to do that. And that is the way it should be with the price of the cleaning fee. The trash receptacle was a bit out the way. We had to cram the bags into our already filled vehicle and drive over there. Other than that we had a great time.

Perfect Setup - Best Stocked Vacation Rental
Perfect setup for a large group of friends and family in town for mountain biking and bouldering. The location is easy to get to and there was plenty of room for excess vehicle parking between the garage, driveway, and street. The garage was fantastic to have for space to keep bikes. This is the best stocked vacation rental I have been to - kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and linens. The bedroom setup was hands down the best option for everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The place is very clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out communication and process were smooth. We would definitely stay at this property again. Everyone was happy with the accomodations. Thank you for making such a great group space available for rent!

Five Stars!!! We can't recommend this unit highly enough. Clean, large, well stocked and great location. Great communication before and during our stay. Lot's of thoughtful extras. Kitchen very well stocked with lots of dishes, pans and cooking equipment. Over the top friendly and helpful renters. Great value for the money. Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. Bathroom and closet every big and well designed. We all were very comfortable and had a great stay - I would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had 3 small families stay together and it was prefect for us. Each family had a room to ourselves and we shared meals together. Being able to cook together brought us closer. There was adequate plates and utensils, we had bbq two nights. We would certainly stay here again. The kids loved playing under the stairs.

The condo was wonderful! It was a perfect size for our group of 14. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed at all the extras you had available - zip lock bags, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Everything was so clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable.

We had a great time staying at this nicely equipped property. Loved the jetted bath tub. Outdoor hot tub (HOA) often was not operational for some unknown reason so it was key to have two tubs in the house after lots of physical activity.
