Rock Climbers offers amazing panoramic views from our very nice, small housing community.
Our property listing indicates a maximum of 6 adults (our preference). But Rock Climbers can readily sleep 8 persons with these beds: Master bedroom king, Bedroom 1 queen, Bedroom 2 queen, and a queen sleeper sofa located in the great room near the dining room table.

You can acquire timed-entry tickets three months in advance.
You do not need timed-entry tickets if you enter the park before 07:00 and after 16:00 daily.
PARKING - There is ample parking directly in front of the unit on the street for multiple trucks and trailers.
Our roomy, one-floor home is furnished to maximize your accommodation needs during your visit. It is located just 5 miles from the center of Moab. No motel can match the comfort and space our inviting home provides.
BEDROOMS - the Master Bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, decorative lamps, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and private bath with tub. Walk out onto a private patio to view the red rock rim.
The other two Guest Bedrooms each offer a pillow-top queen size bed, night stands, dresser, ceiling fan, decorative lamps, closet, and access to a shared outdoor patio.
BATHROOMS - in addition to the Master suite bathroom, a full-size Kokopelli decorated bathroom with tub is just footsteps away from the Guest rooms. Both large bathrooms have hair dryers.
A half-bath is conveniently located near the living room & kitchen.
KITCHEN - the completely furnished kitchen provides everything you need to prepare elaborate meals, lunch for your daily adventures, and an early morning breakfast on the adjoining patio. We provide spices, condiments, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and other items you expect in your own home. In addition to the beautiful full-size appliances, we offer a toaster, coffee makers, coffee grinder, and a blender. Two stools are located at the kitchen counter.
DINING - the large table with six chairs provides ample space for a home cooked meal.
LIVING ROOM - the vaulted ceiling creates an open feeling as you relax on a full size leather couch and matching love seat in front of a gas fireplace. The room offers a large coffee table and end tables with decorative Southwest lamps.
Enjoy watching a Smart TV with high speed Internet and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
A queen size sleeper sofa is adjacent to the living room.
A built-in desk with an office chair and wireless HP Officejet printer/copier/scanner are provided.
TWO+ CAR GARAGE - the wide driveway and garage provides ample room for your car, Jeep, trailer, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, mountain bikes, and other recreational vehicles.
LAUNDRY ROOM - from the garage, you enter into a utility room with a full size sink and full sized washer and dryer. A starter supply of laundry soap is provided for your convenience.
PATIO and BACKYARD - just off the kitchen and Master bedroom is a covered, concrete stamped patio with a table, six chairs, and a gas grill BBQ. The private backyard is the largest in the entire development.
INTERNET & TUNES - high-speed wireless internet is provided. Connect via Bluetooth or audio cable to a speaker system in the Living Room.
GOLF CLUBS - guests have access to a man's set and a woman's set, free of charge. The Moab Golf Club is close and very nice.
PETS & SMOKING - we do not permit pets or smoking. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Pool closes annually November 1 and reopens annually President's Day weekend.
Hot Tub closes annually January 2nd and reopens for President's Day weekend.
The heated pool temperature is 80° & Hot Tub temperature 105°
Hours of operations are 9am - 10pm, 7 days a week.
