Great stay
We had a great time in Moab and our vrbo made it all possible. It was clean and comfortable, the red rock view was awesome, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, and the price was great. Thanks!

Such a treat
We had never been to Moab before and this was a wonderful place to stay. The view of the landscape from the condo was amazing and we took full advantage of the patio space - grilling and hot tubbing under the stars. Would definitely recommend.

Moab golf weekend
The property was great, and much much cleaner than the properties we've stayed in in the past! The floors under the cabinets could be cleaned a bit but overall, was very good! Just wanted to let you know the fridge door didn't close very easily, you always need to make sure it was closed tightly. Thank you for all you did! Was a great stay.

Dirty and outdated
I knew going into this property it was outdated and I was okay with that. I had read several of the bad reviews and most bad replies that the problem had been solved. Unfortunately that was not the case. We never found the pool code to the community pool listed anywhere on the property so we had to call multiple times to get that, so we went three days without using the pool. The hot tub on site had one working jet and a used bathing suit on the ground when we arrived. The carpet was dirty and smelly. The fridge wouldn’t close, there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice cube trays. The beds were not great either. The only redeeming quality to this condo is the back patio and the view! It desperately needs a deep cleaning. The real question is if you have to check out by 10 am for strict Covid cleaning and sanitizing is that really happening? I called the day we checked in hoping to stay somewhere else and unfortunately didn’t hear back from the “local property manager” until three days into the stay. I would not recommend staying here. 0/10.

Nice Stay
Convenient location, nice that there was a pool, but needs more chairs. Pillows in the bedrooms need upgrading and the tv in the second bedroom does not work (I think its from the 80s). Otherwise a nice home, great that they allow dogs, that is hard to find in Moab. Also, be aware that the nightly rate is very misleading, once all the fees are added, the rate almost doubled.

Needs deep clean and refresh
All the other reviews are pretty accurate despite claims by property manager that new cleaning policy’s have been implemented. A few pieces of Dog food and ants on kitchen floor. Fireplace and Hottub were both broken and unusable. Shag carpet upstairs looked vacuumed but if kept there probably needs a good deep clean. Bed blanket in mater bedroom seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years (we slept without it). Tried to contact property manager via text and email without response. I honestly didn’t want to fill out everything on their website to create a vacasa account to try to contact them another way. I will say view is beautiful on small patio and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Kitchen/Patio is pretty cramped for more than 2 people. Overall the hottub was biggest disappointment for kids. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Good property few hiccups
Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Just needs a little maintenance. Toilet upstairs was a little wobbly, the disposal broke on the very first run but maintenance came quickly. It did not get fixed during our stay so we could not run the dishwasher. Hot tub was great. Heater was awesome. Towels were clean. Overall I would stay there again.

CLEAN THE DRAINS OUT ALREADY!
Complete inability to communicate with manager. Previous guests had noted the sink drains are clogged. They STILL are. And they were gross (like hair and other icky stuff in the strainers) when we arrived. You have to brush your teeth at the kitchen sink because bathroom sink was too gross. We were unable to turn the gas fireplace in the upstairs master suite on. Hot tub was dirty, not full, and had overwhelming chemical smell when you lifted the lid. And they charged a steep "hot tub" fee. PLEASE REFUND THIS, we couldn't use the hot tub even if we wanted to. On the bright side, location is lovely, and our dog was happy there. Plenty of pots and pans and good stove etc for cooking a meal. The gas fireplace in the living room DID work and provided nice heat. And handy to have garage space for bikes and gear. (Though they should clean up the open bag of spilled salt on the garage floor.)

Eh
The first night, the fire alarm went off at 3:20am for no apparent reason and having to use the automated phone system to speak to someone that lives in another state wasn't super helpful in that moment. Someone was supposed to come the next morning, but ended up coming at some point that afternoon when I wasn't there, unannounced. There was an insanely loud noise coming from the A/C vent which seemed to be loudest in the master making it hard to fall asleep. The upstairs shower and sink were backed up so anytime I showered I was up to my ankles in water or washed my faced/brushed my teeth, the sink would take a long time to drain. Some people in previous reviews mentioned a smell, I noticed it a bit when I first got there, but I didn't think it was pungent. The hot tub was nice. Overall, I think it's just really overpriced and needs some maintenance. But did I have a wonderful time in Moab??? Oh yea.

Safety near golf course
The condo smelled like food. Shag carpeting from stairway to bedroom appeared very dirty and has stains all over it. Master bathroom sink and tub was clogged and filled up with water when turned on. I had 2 golf balls hit the sliding screen door 2 times posing a danger to me while I was working at the kitchen table. If screen door was open or I was on the patio the two golf balls could have hit and severely injured me or my dogs. I had two golf balls hit my patio screen door hard two times on two separate days . I could’ve been severely hurt or killed if the balls had hit me in the head if I was working on the patio or had the screen door open . I felt scared to go out onto the patio because of this.

Great family place
This was a perfect place for our family to spend some time - it’s a bit south of town, which was perfect for us. The property was fully equipped (including kitchen appliances and washer/dryer) and quiet - well away from the highway, the hot tub was lovely - a great place for star gazing. I’d fully recommend this spot for anyone wanting to explore the parks and desert, who doesn’t mind a short drive to town.

Lousy Mattress Forced us to Leave Early
We have a comfortable high end mattress at home. The king mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It sinks inward and the springs are shot. If you have a Tempurpedic, or even a Casper or similar mattress at home, be careful when considering booking this unit, at least until they get a new mattress. If you don't care about lousy beds, maybe a non-issue. It was otherwise fine and uneventful. Thanks

Average accomodations
Our recent stay in the Moab area was a bucket list trip to the National Parks. The property was nice to come home to after a day of hiking and sight seeing but there were definitely highs and lows. Highs were the unit's location outside of town, cleanliness of the unit, large bedrooms and closets, king size bed and a quiet setting backing up to the golf course. The hot tub was by far the high point. Lows were the tiny bathrooms, the odd set up in the living room where no furniture faces the tv except one chair, the tiny garage where there are only inches to spare to squeeze in a mid-sized vehicle and the in-set tile floor section with a raised edge in front of the down stairs fireplace that was a tripping hazard all week. The WiFi and cable tv worked well. The apartment sized stacked washer/dryer by the kitchen was annoying to run due to its noise and location. Not really complaining but just wanted other renters to know what to expect. We've stayed at other vacation homes with more high end finishes for the same money, but it still beats staying at a hotel hands down and had everything we needed and was more than adequate.

Peaceful and comfortable
Our family of two adults and six children (ages 6 month to 12 years) enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. It may not be in the center of Moab, but we enjoyed its location very much. The subdivision is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed backing up to a golf course. The hot tub was very much appreciated after a long, hot day of hiking. The unit was ready and prepared for our arrival and the management team was very good at communicating with us. The carpets have a few stains and you can tell that the property has been rented, but that's not a complaint. The property was clean and had what we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend. In the end, this property contributed to our enjoyment of the beautiful Moab area. We very much appreciate the chance to rent this property--thank you!

A good place to stay
We have stayed in townhomes near the Moab Golf Course in the past, so we generally knew what to expect. Our stay at this townhome met our expectations. It was clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen dishes, silverware, cooking supplies, toilet paper, etc. It was also very quiet, as there was no one staying on either side of us. The beds were comfortable. And we loved being able to walk to the rock art site just down the road. Our complaints are minimal, as I would stay in this place again and recommend it to others: - The microwave (and therefore the stove light and vent) didn’t work at all. Maybe a blown fuse or something? I’m assuming they would have been responsive and addressed the issue, but we didn’t have time to call. - There was only one working clock in the whole unit. None were in the bedrooms. I know a lot of people use their phones as their alarm clocks these days, but I still like having a clock I can see at night without having to reach for a device. - Having a patio right next to a green on the golf course is probably awesome if you’re into that kind of thing, but a stray ball almost hit our daughter while she was on the patio and did hit (but didn’t break) the patio window. Obviously, this was a random incident, but yikes! - I knew this going in, but there was very little green space at this unit for my dog to do her business. Just a tiny patch of grass in the front that was shared by the unit next to us. We had to take her out to walk to get her business done, which was fine most of the time.

Great location and amenities
The condo was perfect for our stay. We had 2 couples and our dogs. The location was far enough out of town to not have to deal with being downtown. We were able to get around pretty easily. The condo had exactly what we needed in terms of amenities. We would definitely recommend staying here.
