Experience the beauty of Moab in this airy, three-bedroom, two-bathroom Spanish Valley Vineyard vacation home, featuring a gorgeous patio complete with an outdoor shower, a shared hot tub, and a pizza oven! Inside, the full kitchen is spacious, modern, and well-equipped for preparation of your favorite home-cooked meals. You'll even have the opportunity to use the grill and pizza oven out on the patio to step up your cooking game. The patio is also a great gathering space, offering Adirondack chairs that surround a firepit and a shared outdoor hot tub. The home itself is located on the grounds of Spanish Valley Vineyards and Winery, so you can indulge in a few tastings during your stay while taking in fantastic views.

When you stay in Moab, every day holds the possibility of a new adventure - whether that means wine tasting or mountain biking. A trip to Arches National Park, a 15-to-20-minute drive, is essential. There are also sandstone spires to admire at Canyonlands National Park, which is 40 to 45 minutes away and makes a perfect day trip. Downtown Moab is a short 10-minute drive and boasts a wide array of dining and shopping options.

This place was not prepared to host guests: not cleaned, every surface filthy, moldy showers, rolls of dust, had just a few utensils in the kitchen, laundry room smelled like cat pee, bed sheets are unwashed, broken bed in Master bedroom where one corner of the bed is lower then the other one. I believe a cat sleeps in one the beds when no guests, because my daughter had an allergic reaction and got violently sick. I got a rash on my back and arms. Property manager rude and manipulative, not taking responsibility for renting the property like that. I still waiting for a refund that was approved.

Wonderful spot! Exactly as advertised with fun amenities
Was a great time and we really enjoyed all the fun amenities - including the pizza oven! Only thing that was OK is that it is a bit out of town and a little small, but otherwise everything was great :)

Caretaker great! Property wasnt
The caretaker was wonderful and did the best he could while we were there, however the property was underwhelming to be frank. They were working on the landscaping so there was no yard for the kids. The dryer was broken, the coffee maker was old and broke halfway through the time there, the heating only worked in half the house so it was hot in some rooms and freezing in others and the house had no insulation what so ever.

Better than expected!!
While the online posting makes the property seem appealing, it doesn't do it justice. We had 10 people there and more than enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. The property is in the middle of a vineyard and is absolutely STUNNING, especially during sunset with the red rocks in the background. We couldn't be more happy with the quality of the home, especially at the price point it's at. The only issue we had was with some of the limited kitchen supplies. We couldn't find a spatula or a flat cookie baking sheet, but we made do with what was there. If you're planning on cooking a lot, you may want to bring some of your own kitchen supplies. The pizza oven outside was awesome though and we had a great time baking pizza out there! Such a fun place! Thanks, Vacasa!!! 😊

This property is adequate for a short stay. There are quirky things about the property. Such as hard water that makes all the dishes look dirty. The description says no oven but there is an oven. Nothing fancy. The beds are comfortable. The roll aways are nice for kids. We had three families and it was a good space.

Moab retreat
The rental process was easy. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The folks around the vineyard where also nice. There are a few little things that need to be addressed and if the management company would like to reach out to me, I'll be happy to share my thoughts in an email. Things you wouldn't likely notice unless you spend a couple nights there.

Beautiful stay in Moab!
We absolutely adored this charming home set in the vineyard. The view out of our bedroom window was breathtaking. The wine was amazing and so was the company! Very clean, affordable place! We will definitely be going back

Nice stay
Nice location in the vineyard at the edge of town. The grill worked well (important as there is no oven/stove, which the owner clearly states in the description). Owner was responsive and fixed kitchen faucet which was not working, and brought us cinnamon buns on Saturday morning. Home would be more spectacular if the windows were cleaned :). As others have noted, this home is part of a compound with a nearby owner's unit and another person in a RV on the property so the hot tub is not really private, but we didn't mind.

Location was killer...beautiful views. The place was clean and nice beds and bathrooms. To have refreshments and snacks was a great surprise. I was a little concerned with back door that wouldn't lock, clogged toilet from flush 1 (no plunger), washing machine did not cycle. Everyone was very friendly.

Peaceful, relaxing, away from it all
We really enjoyed our stay! When I come back to Moab we will definitely stay here again. It was so relaxing. My only request would be some instructions on the pizza oven, but we did our best and our pizza wasn’t pretty but it was delicious. Very friendly people. Love drinking coffe in the morning on the front porch with the view of the vineyard. Amazing!

Quiet but Not Private Location
The home is located in a vineyard away from the hubbub but not too far. It is a large ranch with giant great room so perfect for big groups. All bedrooms are good size, master is huge! The owner did fill fridge with some essentials which was nice. The property could use a little TLC with outside front entry, sliding glass door windows and some appliances in the house. The front porch looks over the vineyard with red rock backdrop which was beautiful. The deluxe patio that includes the pizza oven, outdoor shower and hot tub was shared with the owners....so no privacy at all. The picture on VRBO doesn't show how close hot tub is to owner house. The whole reason we picked this rental was for the private hot tub so a bit disappointed. The wine tasting building was also next door. It was a quiet stay but not as private as we anticipated from our research.

Great location, great house, on a winery!
This was great for my family of 5. The owner was great and the winery was really nice. The outdoor space was good and the hot tub was perfect. Only suggestion would be to update the kitchen as it is not very functional for cooking at this time.
