Serene location. 3 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The master bedroom; is located on the main level and two full bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Double car garage, outdoor grilling, dining area, hot tub, and fire pit, boasting great views. Right off the golf course. Approx 6 miles from the heart of Moab.

Lovely quiet space to crash after enjoying the national parks
Well designed house with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was very spacious and a nice area to hang out. Laundry was very convenient as well.

This was a great home for our family vacation. The house was clean, well stocked & in a quiet neighborhood. It's a great location close to Arches & the main street of Moab. We loved our stay here & would definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

A wonderful get away
We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of four. Our kids are young (ages one and two) and it was a great space for us to hang out and cook meals when we got back from hiking. We will stay here again!

Bathroom attached to each bwdroom is a bonus! Beautiful decor. Quaint little residential grouping and street. Fantastic kitchen allowed us to manage amazing meals for our hungry group after big hiking days!

All you could ask for
This property is the perfect place to spend time while in Moab. The property was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. It was a great place to recharge after some long and challenging hikes. We wanted to go back to the house after dinner and enjoy the property. Location is very nice. Hosts were great to work with. If we come back to Moab, we’ll be staying here!

Property is true to online ad. Great location for national park day trips, hiking, biking and trips to town. Quiet neighborhood, saw wild turkeys and lots of other wildlife out the back door. Stargazing was amazing. House was extremely clean. We will be making this house our go to for our annual Moab trips.

We ran into an AC issue - in the desert during June - so we were concerned but they sent a tech immediately and then moved us to a different until when it was not resolved. We were very grateful.

Outstanding.
The pictures didn't really show just how pleasant this house is. Don't be misled by "Rustic" - the house is well appointed, the layout works great for a family, and the house location is very quiet with the golf course behind the house and red rocks all around. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is it. Next trip to Moab we will definitely look to stay here again.

Trip to Moab!
Highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect, absolutely no complaints! They had everything from clean towels to coffee! House was located on the back side of a golf course in a nice small development with 8-9 houses. The backyard had an incredible view of the mountains; very private. Very close to Arches and other parks; 15 min drive. Downtown shopping and groceries were 5-10 min. Very safe place for family and kiddos. We will stay here again!

Exactly What We Were Looking For
The home is nice and is in a small quiet neighborhood. It's far enough from the main road in Moab you don't hear the traffic at all. The neighborhood has restrictions like no highway trailers, ATVs, etc which again made it nice and quiet. The home is clean and the perfect size for a short or longer stay. The master BR is on the main floor and the kitchen and living room were nice as well. The neighborhood is only minutes from downtown Moab.
