Great! Would book again
This place was so great — perfect as a base camp for Arches and Canyonlands adventures. We are so grateful! Plenty of space for the five of us to spread out comfortably.

Beautiful Property
Amazing property. All of the comforts of home. Pool and hot tub unavailable due to construction. Problems with keyless entry which took about 15 minutes to resolve, in the heat of the afternoon. Called VRBO and tried 3 different codes before finally having to use a lockbox key. Everyone was courteous and worked to help us get into the property. Everything was great once we solved the entry problem.

Great location, nice home!
Well appointed and up to date, all dishes and cooking utensils as expected, but an unexpected bonus was the complete spice rack that was a nice touch for the meals we cooked. Good location on the south side of town both convenient and quite. Awesome view from the patio! The only hiccup was the door code didn't work, but a couple of calls got access to a key so it didn't significantly delay entry. Great place to stay and reasonably priced compared to a hotel in town!

Cleanest VRBO we have stayed in
My wife and 4 kids (ages 14, 16, 17, 17) stayed at this property for three nights. The location to the National Parks (Canyonlands, Arches), Dead Horse State Park (must see for sunset) and downtown Moab is perfect! This unit has a garage that was very convenient to store mountain bikes and camping totes we brought with us. The unit was spotless and very well taken care of. The view of the mountains from the unit was also breathtaking. The units offer a shared pool (5 ft is the deepest it gets) and hot tub which we found to be very clean. Lastly, I have rented VRBO's through Vacasa in the past with mixed results. They were great to work with the few times I had questions. I was assigned a representative who communicated with me via text messaging. I never had to wait for a response. Will absolutely look to stay at this residence again should we return to Moab.

Better process
Everything went great except for check in. Property was nice. Furnishings good but dated. Cobwebs hanging in out of reach areas. Was told to arrive after 4pm on Friday and was 95 dead heat. Entered code as told and wasn't able to get in. Problem is they give you a 1 800 number and it's automated. Took hour to get through to someone and only after I changed to safety did someone answer. They gave me access to key and was settled. Code never worked. It's a condo with 2 car garage and key pad on door wasn't able to access garage unless went through house. Not normal in other rentals we had. Been coming out to Moab since 2015 and first experience with Vacasa. All the places I have stayed many places and always has a single point contact that handled all questions. Not this company it was like dealing with a wireless service provider.

Amazing
I really loved this place, I wish we could've stayed longer. It was very clean, and had plenty of space for my family and friends. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the beds and pillows aren't the most comfortable and the technology (like the TV) could use an upgrade, but don't let that deter you from staying here, it really was an amazing place to stay.

A Great, Clean Home
This was a great house for our two families. We had enough beds and bedding, the kitchen was great, and we loved being able to use the hot tub. Thanks for a great time!

Great property with minor exceptions
I rated this property as 5 everywhere but gave an Overall Rating of 4 because of two minor issues: (1) no hangers in closets and (2) the main television is an old tube-type. While we didn't watch TV, we did take lots of iPhone and GoPro pictures and videos that we planned to view on a Smart TV to relive the daily adventures, but that wasn't possible with the "dinosaur" TV. Smart TVs are very inexpensive and an upgrade would be appreciated.

Nice Place in a Good Location
This house was very clean, bug free, and everything worked as described. The best part of the home is that it is located away from the main road so there is no traffic noise. Another home that I rented during a previous trip was more upscale and newer but was located next to the main highway and was almost impossible to sleep. This home has outdated appliances and tube TVs but I don't go to Moab to watch television so this did not bother me. When I come back I will be looking for this home to rent again.

Week of Fourth of July 2021 in Moab
We have stayed at several condos at Rim Village over the last 10 years. This one (L3) has the best stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. A few minuses are the TVs have not been updated to flat screens and the AC went out on a 100+ degree day. Repairman responded promptly on a Saturday night and fixed the problem. AC worked fine thereafter. Enjoyed chatting with owner-neighbor Gordon. Love the area and will definitely keep returning.

Very Nice place... with some small issues
The condo is excellent, good beds, pillows, furniture, decorations... the issues: if u cook alot, bring your own knives. The grill works but was a mess and pretty old. The refridge stunk and was leaking something ants were attracted to. Ants.... yes. Also when we arrived had to spend 90 mins getting the pool gate code. Would have been 5 star with better cook ware and no ants or stinky fridge. Yes would stay again. Thx JEFF

6/10 Okay

Nice condo. Ancient appliances.
The unit itself is nice. We liked the single story and it's located in a slightly less busy area of Rim Village. The king bedroom suite was gigantic. A little more thought could have gone into making the dining area a bit larger and the suite a bit smaller, but it's OK. The living room area was plenty big for our group to hang out and socialize, and the garage is a good size too. In this particular unit, the appliances are all ancient. The TV is a Cathode Ray Tube (!) with only RCA inputs and a DVD/VHS combo. The stereo is super old as well, no inputs to plug in your own music. Bring your tablet or MP3 player and a bluetooth speaker. The dishwasher is missing the door spring so watch your knees when you open the door. The microwave is missing the turntable gear so it does not cook evenly. The washer and dryer look like they were made in 1985. The refrigerator is pretty basic, though it does have an ice maker in the freezer. Overall we liked it OK, as we came here to go adventuring in the hills, not to sit here and watch TV and fiddle with the appliances. But it sure would have been nice to use ChromeCast to stream the awesome videos we recorded out in the hills to the TV instead of viewing them on a small laptop screen.
