"Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "

"We loved staying here. It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The host responds to queries quickly and is very kind. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the ferry port and the beds were so comfortable! I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. My only small grumble is that though the apartment can sleep many people, there aren’t any large pans for cooking. But aside from that it was perfect."

Great location and hotel!

"I always stay in this hotel when I am in Hiroshima. It has the best location, by the train and bus station and you will never go hungry with the multitude of eating places nearby. The room is of a reasonable size and has all the amenities that you could need. I didn't buy breakfast this time as this is quite expensive. It is only worth it if you can eat a big breakfast!"

"We have been traveling through Japan and this was by far the largest room we had. There is an onsen and several times of complimentary food and drinks. My daughter left an expensive watch in her room during checkout and we found it at the front desk in the late afternoon before boarding train to next city. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out AC, but google translate helped! "

"Situated very near the Bomb Dome and river it’s a great hub for exploring Hiroshima. Quick access to tram service and the boats to Miyajima, as well as walking distance to lots of shopping choices and dining! Recommend an American/Western theme food bar place near by that’s a fun open mic vibe for something different. Also has a rooftop bar with a lovely view and they offer tokens upon check in to enjoy a cocktail there. Lovely stay. "

"Comfortable spacious room, excellent shower room/tub and nice quality product. Wonderful views of the city. Breakfast was good with wide ranging options, made to order omelette, lots of hot and cold choices. Extremely pleasant, helpful and kind staff. Would absolutely stay again if in Hiroshima again."
