The house we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. They provided all the basic amenities required. Only thing is the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. "Room / Housekeeping - Bedroom was a good size. Pillows need to be replaced with new ones. Towels need to be cleaned thoroughly. Amenities need to be checked prior to guests arriving as we ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast - More options required. Very minimal.
