"Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. "Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying to find the ring or trying to figure out the culprit. I understand that they arent the police but a little more help and assistance would have been appreciated."

"My parents like to stay here and have their breakfast buffet. If you get a date that includes the breakfast, it’s a good value. The staff at the check in was very helpful and friendly. The bakery downstairs has decent coffee and pretty good baked items. The hotel is getting old, though, and it’s not the most up to date design. There’s no vanity table in the room.
